I had such a great experience at San Gabriel Family Optometry! Dr. Elaine was incredibly patient and helpful during my contact lens exam. She took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood each step of the process, which I really appreciated. Everyone in the office was so warm, friendly, and welcoming. From check-in to checkout, the entire team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. It's not often that you find a healthcare office where everyone is genuinely kind and personable. I’m so glad I found San Gabriel Family Optometry and will definitely be coming back for all my future vision needs. Highly recommend!

Went for my first time and everyone in the office is so friendly and expedient. The doctor is so knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. I ordered contacts and glasses and both came quickly. I can truly say that I had a hassle free experience. Wish I would have found San Gabriel Family Optometry earlier.

They are really good and have lots of stuff and well trained doctors and staff. It might be a little expensive though so make sure you have insurance, but you get what you pay for.

I live near Sacramento. Had a fall and my glasses needed work. Found this place sells the same frames. They fixed my frame in 5 minutes and did not charge me. Great place. If you live near by you need to use these lovely people

I got my eye exam here. The patient experience is amazing and Dr. Chao is very informative. The exam is a very comprehensive and thorough! It has a family feel so a great place to come back to!

Dr. Chao and her front desk staff are all very kind, attentive and wonderful to work with! Dr. Chao is incredibly proactive and really works to ensure that her patients receive the best care to keep their eyes healthy. The office manager might need a vacation, though, as she was a bit gruff and rude with her staff, and even me. Hopefully it was just a bad day, as everyone else is really great!
